God awarded Ukraine with one of the 5 in the world Ukrainian crystal shield. Almost all known minerals in the world have been boiled on our shield. They are all collected here. In total, Ukraine can extract 94 minerals, and Europe - 36. By 1998, Ukraine filled the budget by 52% due to mineral resources. We always had deposits on the shelf registered in the State Reserve Commission (SRC). We must spend what we have today sparingly and take only when we cannot move our production without it. This is a demand based on the article of our Constitution that the subsoil belongs to the people!
