Prokhorenko: The effect of the reforms "Ukrgazvydobuvannya" structure in 2016 amounted to 4.1 billion UAH

The effect of the reforms in the structure of PJSC "Ukrgazvydobuvannya" in 2016 amounted to 4.1 billion UAH. This at a press conference on the results of the company in the past year, according to its head Oleg Prokhorenko. According to him, about 2 billion UAH of this amount accounted for savings in procurement. In addition, due to changes in 2016 to the effect of national budgets of all levels amounted to 110 million UAH.
Oleg Prokhorenko said that in 2016 the company managed to stop the decline in natural gas production and to enter the increase in volumes. The increase amounted to 77 million m3, or 0.5% relative to 2015. In this case, according to First Deputy Alexander Romaniuk, who also took part in the briefing, the volume of the natural decline in production due to exhaustion of deposits on "Ukrgazvydobuvannya" in 2016 amounted to more than 1.2 billion m3.
According to the data of the catechumens, the total volume of drilling in 2016 amounted to 198 thous. m., which is 14% more than in 2015. The number of equipped wells increased by 11% for the year to 70 units. In their presentations, managers also recalled that "Ukrgazvydobuvannya" opened in 2016 a BAC in the near future plans to finish work on four more stations.

Oleg Prokhorenko also recalled that the company in 2016 resulted in the quality of oil products produced at the GPP Shebelinka to Euro-4 and Euro-class 5: "Finally, we have removed from the agenda the issue of extending exemptions for us in technical regulations." The company's management is especially noted changes in the field of HR. "We have formed an effective team headquarters and offices, and is now gradually moving towards the formation of the State of highly qualified technical staff," - said O. Prokhorenko.
He added that the company has already set up a modern system of motivation, conducted grading staff and established KPI system for the management and technical expertise.
