Turkish businessman concentrated 9% of the parent company PPC

Turkish businessman Burak Özdoğan (Burak Ozdogan) 8.96% focused oil and gas company JKX Oil & Gas Plc with assets in Ukraine, JKX reported on the London Stock Exchange. B.Ozdogan owns shares in the company through Dumarchal Nominee Ltd and Neptune Invest & Finance Corp.
As reported, JKX Oil & Gas owns in Ukraine "Poltava Petroleum Company". The largest shareholders of the company at the end of December 2013 were Eclairs Group Igor Kolomoisky and Gennady Bogolyubov - 27.54% of shares and Glengary Overseas Limited Alexander Zhukov - 11.45% of shares.
