Jeffers did not comment as curtailing operations in Russia will affect the terms of Exxon and will respond if American personnel from Russia. According to him, the American sanctions have not touched the project "Sakhalin-1", in which Exxon owns 30% and operates the project. And the president of "Rosneft" Igor Sechin has said that if one of the partners will be forced to withdraw from the joint projects, it will have "the option to return."
