Granite in Zhytomyr region returned to the state

Claim Novograd Volyn interdistrict prosecutor demanding the return of state land area of 6 hectares worth nearly 1.7 million, which the company improperly enjoyed, the court granted. This "Journal of Zhitomir" the press service of the regional prosecutor's office. It was established that the company took on lease land for industrial development of deposits of granite, in breach of the signed contract, the Law of Ukraine "On Land Lease" Tax and Land Codes, during the year paid rent for use.
The decision of Economic Court of Zhytomyr region, rested Resolution Rivne Economic Court of Appeal, inter-district prosecutor claims satisfied plot area of 6 hectares with Granite returned to state ownership.
