JKX Oil & Gas filed a lawsuit to Ukraine for $ 180 million

Company Kolomoiskiy sued Ukraine
The British company JKX Oil & Gas plc, a blocking stake in which belongs to the structures Igor Kolomoisky and Gennady Bogolyubov his partner, asked the International Court of Arbitration proceedings against Ukraine. This is stated in the company on the London Stock Exchange.
"JKX Oil & Gas plc. and its Ukrainian and Dutch subsidiaries ("JKX") began arbitration proceedings against Ukraine in the European Energy Charter, the bilateral investment treaty between Ukraine and the United Kingdom and the bilateral investment treaty between the Netherlands and Ukraine. In the framework of this proceeding JKX seeking damages that have been inflicted on her because of the breach of contract Ukraine, "- said in a statement.
The company claims that it's Poltava Petroleum Company, since 2011 paid inflated rental fee, and now demands to pay her compensation of about $ 180 million.
Recall oil and gas company JKX Oil & Gas in January 2015 suspended the work in Ukraine because of taxes.
